Do I need to come to the studio? 

You’re welcome to attend your shoot in person — many clients enjoy being there. But it’s not required. We’ll share same day selects and keep you updated throughout via your project Trello board. 

Do you travel for shoots? 

For Full Catalogue projects and ongoing retainer clients, on-location shoots can be arranged. Get in touch to discuss. 

How long until I receive my images?

Starter projects are delivered within 3 weeks of commencement. Content Library within 4 weeks. Full Catalogue within 5 weeks. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.

What do I need to provide?

Your products, delivered to the studio prior to shoot day. Everything else — props, sets, lighting, equipment — is handled by Photech as part of your package.

Can I request a specific visual style?

Absolutely. The brief and strategy phase exists to nail exactly this. Bring references, bring ideas, or bring nothing and we’ll develop the direction together from your brand positioning.

What usage rights do I receive?

All packages include full rights for organic social, e-commerce and owned media use. Paid advertising, broadcast, and out-of-home licensing is available — pricing discussed at proposal stage.

Do you offer retainer arrangements?

Yes. Quarterly and ongoing monthly retainers are available for brands with consistent content needs. Priority scheduling and a 10% saving apply. Enquire via the form above. 

AI POLICY
At Photech, we use technology intentionally. All products are captured exclusively in-camera — real light, real craft, real results. Where generative AI is used, it is limited to environmental compositing and selective retouching enhancements, applied with the same precision and editorial judgement as every other stage of our process. AI-specific project scopes are available and handled on a case-by-case basis.

All concepts, strategies, mockups, drafts, and deliverables produced by Photech constitute proprietary and confidential material. Clients are strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, or feeding any Photech-produced materials into AI models, large language models, or automated processing tools. A breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of confidentiality and may result in immediate project termination without refund.

To protect the integrity of every project, all feedback and revision requests must originate from the client’s own direct evaluation of their business objectives. Photech does not accept raw or unedited AI-generated feedback lists or automated critiques. All feedback must be consolidated by the client into clear, human-vetted, actionable points prior to submission. The submission of automated critique outputs will delay project timelines and may incur additional administrative review fees.
