Step 02 — Proposal
Within 48 hours of your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining scope, investment, and timeline — specific to your project. Everything is transparent and itemised.
Step 03 — Brief & Strategy
Once you’re ready to proceed, we send your project questionnaire and develop the full creative direction together. You approve everything before production begins.
Step 04 — Shoot Day
We execute against the approved plan. Products are handled with care throughout. You’re welcome to attend in person or receive same-day selects remotely.
Step 05 — Post Production & Delivery
Full retouching, grading, and formatting. Watermarked preview gallery sent for your approval. Final assets delivered upon approval and completion payment — organised, labelled, ready to use.

Full Asset Control
This example spec brief called for a shot that communicated a transcendent product, and the elevation of consumer appeal within a single frame.
By capturing 5K x 7K (5000 pixels by 7000 pixels – for reference, HD is 1920×1080) product shots, using focus bracketing (every element of the product in sharp focus), each frame would be classed as it’s own ready-to-publish image. Re-framing for multiple destinations (e.g. socials, broadcast, mobile, tablet, print) is always designed into the shoot.
In this instance, each frame was combined to stop-frame animate the product in an AI generated environment. This could be shot physically using a miniature set, however, that would require more time and cost.
By creating an environment, which could then be separated and animated to provide motion, the end result combined the product and the additional matching reflection of the product on the plinth ‘sells’ the shot to combine the elements into a holistic whole.

AI POLICY
At Photech, we use technology intentionally. All products are captured exclusively in-camera — real light, real craft, real results. Where generative AI is used, it is limited to environmental compositing and selective retouching enhancements, applied with the same precision and editorial judgement as every other stage of our process. AI-specific project scopes are available and handled on a case-by-case basis.
All concepts, strategies, mockups, drafts, and deliverables produced by Photech constitute proprietary and confidential material. Clients are strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, or feeding any Photech-produced materials into AI models, large language models, or automated processing tools. A breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of confidentiality and may result in immediate project termination without refund.
To protect the integrity of every project, all feedback and revision requests must originate from the client’s own direct evaluation of their business objectives. Photech does not accept raw or unedited AI-generated feedback lists or automated critiques. All feedback must be consolidated by the client into clear, human-vetted, actionable points prior to submission. The submission of automated critique outputs will delay project timelines and may incur additional administrative review fees.
